McAdam Stewart Architects obtained planning approval for this 84 house scheme consisting of semi-detached dwellings, townhouses and apartments on a very challenging and steeply sloping site adjacent to the now abandoned Brookfield Mill in Banbridge. Planning approval was also obtained for redevelopment of the old mill site to provide an additional 68 housing units.
